Britain
has a university education system that is world famous. By going
to university in the UK you help your future career in two ways:
1
- You
can study for qualifications specific to your professional career
choice.
2
- You
can master perfect English which will put you ahead of other
candidates in the jobs market.
To
study in a university in the UK, however, your English must already
be of a very high standard.
You
need more than just very good general English.
When
you study highly complicated subjects at university you need to
have extremely good academic English.
To
enter university in Britain as a non-native speaker you need to
pass an exam called IELTS (International English Language Testing
System) to prove that your academic English is satisfactory.
We
have highly professional staff who will work together with you
to help you pass IELTS.
In Languages Plus you will take part in an intensive course of
six lessons a day that will help raise your English to a strong
upper intermediate/advanced level so that you can focus more specifically
on academic English and preparing for the IELTS exams.
We
will help with you with the complicated UCAS entry system to make
sure that you do your best.
Our
experienced teaching staff have good contacts with local universities
and will give you advice to help you choose the course most suitable
for you.
The
IELTS exam course is approved by the British Council, the University
of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate and IDP Education Australia.
